Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our scheduling commitments, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: 🔹 No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. 🔹 14+ Days Notice: If you provide 14 days or more notice, your booking fee will be converted into a credit for future services. This credit is valid for up to one year from the original booking date and can be used toward any of our pet care services. 🔹 Less Than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for a credit. This ensures fairness, as last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to rebook the reserved time. 🔹 Premium Period Bookings: All bookings made during holiday periods are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, regardless of cancellation notice. Due to the high demand during peak travel times, cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
