Exclusive, dedicated care for those who want the very best for their furry friends. 🌟 Your pet is our sole priority—no other work is accepted during their stay. 🌟 0-2 hour max alone time per day (for personal errands only). 🌟 Medication administration & health monitoring. 🌟 Daily updates & check-ins. 🌟 Experienced care for reactive, nervous, or special needs pets. 🌟 Priority booking & ability to reserve future dates before they open. 🌟 Concierge service for vet, grooming, swim appointments, etc. (includes safe transportation & supervision). 🌟 Daily stretching and range of motion exercises to keep your pets feeling their best. 🌟 1-2 full massage sessions per week (vet referral required) complete with session reviews. 🌟 Daily exercise & enrichment (minimum 2 hours). 🌟 Optional nosework enrichment for mental stimulation. 🌟 VIP keepsake: Polaroid memory album or video collage of their stay. 🌟 Home upkeep: mail collection, plant watering, lawn mowing, snow shovelling and more. 🐾 Best for: Pets needing one-on-one attention, luxury-level care, and proactive health support. Flat fee: $400/day (+ GST).
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our scheduling commitments, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: 🔹 No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable unless your pet has passed. 🔹 14+ Days Notice: If you provide 14 days or more notice, your booking fee will be converted into a credit for future services. This credit is valid for up to one year from the original booking date and can be used toward any of our pet care services. 🔹 Less Than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for a credit. This ensures fairness, as last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to rebook the reserved time. 🔹 Holiday Bookings: All bookings made during holiday periods are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, regardless of cancellation notice. Due to the high demand during peak travel times, cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
