Basic Care - Comfortable & Reliable Staycations Perfect for pets with no special requirements who thrive in the comfort of their own home. ✅ 6-hour max alone time per day ✅ Daily exercise & enrichment ✅ Daily check-ins complete with photos and/or videos ✅ Home upkeep: mail collection, plant watering, and more ✅ Option for FREE certified animal massage intake session for new clients ($135 value) - additional massage sessions available as an add-on (vet referral required). 🐾 Best for: Low-maintenance pets who just need companionship, routine care, and a familiar environment while you’re away. Pricing (plus GST): - 1st Dog: $150 - Additional Dog(s): $50 (each) - Additional Cat(s): $25 (each) - Additional birds, reptiles, small mammals, etc.: $15 each Add Ons: - 1 hour certified animal massage + stretching: $70 (vet referral required). - Transport to groomer, vet, etc.: $45 - Bathing: $60 - Lawn mowing: $50 - Snow shovelling (other than to clear a path from the sidewalk to the front door): $100 Please note: premium periods are billed with an extra 20% holiday premium Premium periods: Dec 20-Jan 6; Family Day long weekend; April 18-21; May 16-19; June 1-Sept 1; Sept 26-30; Thanksgiving long weekend; Nov 7-11.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and our scheduling commitments, the following cancellation policy applies to all bookings: 🔹 No Refunds: All bookings are non-refundable. 🔹 14+ Days Notice: If you provide 14 days or more notice, your booking fee will be converted into a credit for future services. This credit is valid for up to one year from the original booking date and can be used toward any of our pet care services. 🔹 Less Than 14 Days Notice: Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice are non-refundable and not eligible for a credit. This ensures fairness, as last-minute cancellations often leave us unable to rebook the reserved time. 🔹 Premium Period Bookings: All bookings made during holiday periods are non-refundable and not eligible for credit, regardless of cancellation notice. Due to the high demand during peak travel times, cancellations impact our ability to accommodate other clients.
