Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If any changes occur in your dog's health prior to a booked session, please let us know as soon as possible as massage may not be appropriate at that time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee unless due to emergency.
